I spearheaded the creation of NestPal Services' brand identity and website development, catering to their home maintenance and repair services. As the sole collaborator, I directly reported to the company's Founder. NestPal Services underwent rebranding from a previous identity, with my involvement spanning the conceptualization of the new business name and the brand strategy, defining its personality and market positioning. This involved conceptualizing the brand's vision, mission, promises, and values, ensuring a cohesive identity.
I continually improved the design of the brand's visual elements until we achieved the desired result. This involved making small changes and adjustments over time to create a logo, color palette, typography, and iconography style that truly represented the brand.

Building a Trusted Home Maintenance Brand
As part of the rebranding effort, I developed various digital assets, including the marketing website which had a 3rd party online booking platform.
I began by crafting compelling and SEO-optimized copy for seven website pages. Leveraging Figma, we finalized the designs before moving on to the development phase using Webflow. By incorporating the brand's iconography, color palette, and design principles, I ensured a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints, successfully launching NestPal Services as a trusted provider in home maintenance solutions.
Results:
NestPal has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving from a brand without a marketing presence or identity, to a recognized and trusted name in the home maintenance industry. By establishing a cohesive brand identity, crafting compelling messaging, and executing a seamless online experience, we've enabled NestPal to effectively reach its target audience and establish credibility in the market, laying the foundation for continued growth and success in the future.
